The apex roof with 44×195 mm spruce beams provides durability and classic proportions while efficiently draining water. The 18 mm tongue and groove boards serve as a stable base for the roof covering (covering not included). The roof overhang extends over the entrance to create a threshold area — stay dry while you unlock the door, take umbrellas off or wait a moment before going inside.

Wall Thickness Options

Choose 28 mm walls for seasonal garden offices, guest rooms or hobby rooms used from spring to autumn. Choose 44 mm walls for extended-season use with moderate insulation. Thicker profiles provide better thermal performance and reduced sound transmission. Both options use slow-growing Nordic spruce timber.

Plenty of Natural Light

Two large windows and wide double doors provide daylight from three points. Suitable for offices, studios or rooms where natural light is important. The 1416 mm door opening makes it easy to move furniture or equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

The footprint of Elation is 380×500 cm (3.8×5.0 m). Including the roof overhangs, the overall width reaches 542 cm, while the depth remains 500 cm. The roof height is 297 cm at the cornice. These dimensions apply to both 28 mm and 44 mm wall thicknesses (wall thickness affects only the internal dimensions).

18 mm flooring is available as an option. Please check the specific configuration or request it when placing an order.

The house comes with two SW-1 standard spruce windows (approx. 886 x 1281 mm), which can be opened for ventilation.

The kit includes 18 mm roof boards, but the final roof covering has to be chosen separately.

The building is delivered as a flat-pack kit, securely packed in a moisture-resistant plastic foil suitable for temporary outdoor storage before assembly.
