Two opening windows (886×1281 mm each) provide ventilation and daylight control. Unlike fixed glazing, these opening windows allow temperature control and fresh air circulation, which is essential for comfort in offices, studios or guesthouses.

Durable Spruce Construction

Slow-growing Nordic spruce provides a dense timber texture and stability in different weather conditions. The apex roof with 44×195 mm beams and 18 mm tongue and groove boards ensures structural strength. The roof extends over the entrance, creating a covered threshold area. Despite the effective building area, the full storey height (297 cm) is maintained throughout.
