These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the dshouse.lv website ( the “Site” ). The owner and operator of the Site is Dadsons Ltd, registration number: 40003325051, registered office at 4 Atpūtas Street, Riga, LV-1002, Latvia (hereinafter – “DSHouse”, “we”, “our”).

By using this Site, you signify that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. General Rules

DSHouse is a Latvian company with more than 7 years of experience in the manufacture and sale of garden houses, saunas, jacuzzis, carports and other outdoor structures. The dshouse.lv website serves as an information and communication platform where customers can:

Important: The Website is not an online shop. Purchase of products is subject to individual consultation and a separate contract.

These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site. Terms used in these Terms:

“User” means any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Site.
“Services” – the functions available on the Site, including browsing information, filling in forms and booking consultations.

2. Description of Services

The website provides the following services:

2.1. Provision of information

The site contains information about DSHouse products, services, prices, production process and company. All information published is for information purposes only and DSHouse reserves the right to update or change the information at any time without prior notice.

2.2. Booking a consultation

The website allows Users to book a free consultation with DSHouse specialists via an online booking system (provided by the JetAppointment plugin). The detailed conditions are described in section 5 .

2.3. Submitting requests and orders

Users can fill in request forms to receive a personalised offer. The submission of a request does not constitute a binding purchase contract. Further conditions are described in section 6 .

2.4. Contact forms

Users can contact DSHouse via the contact form, email or phone.

3. User’s Obligations

By using the Site, the User agrees to:

Provide truthful and accurate information on all forms.
Not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may harm the Site’s operation, security or the experience of other users.
Not to engage in automated scraping, unauthorised access attempts or other activities that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Upload only files that are relevant to the request (plans, sketches, photos) and do not infringe third party rights.
Uploaded file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG; maximum file size: 10 MB.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphic design, logos, product descriptions, 3D models and videos, is the property of Dadsons Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The following is prohibited without the prior written permission of DSHouse:

Copy, reproduce or distribute the content of the Site for commercial purposes.
Modify or create derivative works from the content of the Site.
Use DSHouse logos or brands without permission.

You may browse and print the content of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Booking a Consultation

5.1. General conditions

Consultations are free and non-binding.
The duration of the consultation is 30 minutes.
Consultations take place on weekdays from 10:00 to 17:00 (with a possible evening slot per week).
There is a 15-minute break between consultations.

5.2. Cancellation and transfer

The user can cancel or reschedule the consultation by using the confirmation link in the email or by contacting us by phone or email.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to allow time for other clients.

5.3. No-show

If the User fails to attend the consultation without prior notice, DSHouse reserves the right to restrict the booking of further consultations in the event of repeated no-shows.

5.4. Reminders

If the User has agreed to SMS reminders, they are sent 24 hours and 2 hours before the consultation. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. Enquiries and Orders

6.1. Nature of the request

Submission of a request via the Site does not constitute a contract of sale and does not bind the User or DSHouse. It is an information exchange step, after which:

DSHouse will contact the User to clarify the details.
A tailor-made offer is prepared.
The contract is concluded only by mutual agreement and signature of a separate document.

6.2. Prices

The prices on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the configuration, dimensions, materials and additional options chosen. The final price is set in an individual quotation after consultation.

6.3. Payment terms

Standard payment terms (unless otherwise agreed individually):

30% prepayment for order confirmation
Remaining 70% before delivery
Leasing and payment options are discussed individually

7. Delivery and Installation

Delivery conditions, terms and costs are determined individually for each order.
The User is obliged to provide access to the delivery point for the freight transport as specified at the time of placing the order.
If a crane is required or access is restricted, this should be advised at the time of placing the order – this may affect delivery costs.
Installation services are available as an option and are negotiated on an individual basis.

8. Warranty

DSHouse products are covered by a warranty in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the DSHouse warranty terms.

The terms, conditions and scope of the warranty depend on the product and are specified in the contract.

The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from DSHouse.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Site availability

DSHouse endeavours to ensure that the Site will be uninterrupted but does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption. The Site may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updating or unforeseen technical problems.

9.2. Accuracy of information

DSHouse endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, but assumes no responsibility for accidental errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. Product images are illustrative and actual products may vary in colour, texture or size.

9.3. Scope of responsibility

DSHouse is not responsible for:

Damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Site.
The content of third party websites linked to the Site.
Loss of data due to problems with the User’s device or internet connection.
Unauthorised access to User data if this is due to the User’s negligence (e.g. disclosure of a password).

10. Dispute Resolution

These Rules are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

In the event of disputes, the parties shall first seek to reach an agreement through negotiation. If agreement is not possible:

Consumer disputes: consumers can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC): www.ptac.gov.lv
EU Online Dispute Resolution: consumers in EU Member States can use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa .eu/consumers/odr
Court: disputes that cannot be resolved out of court are dealt with in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the legislation in force.

11. Links To Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to third party websites (e.g. social networks, Google Maps). DSHouse is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of these sites. By visiting third party sites, you agree to their terms and privacy policies.

12. Changes to the Terms

DSHouse reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms shall become effective upon their publication on the Site. Material changes will be clearly indicated by updating the “last updated” date at the top of the page.

By continuing to use the Site after the Terms have changed, you agree to the updated Terms.
