Constructed from slow-growing Nordic spruce with precision-sawn tongue-and-groove boards. It is designed for easy installation and long-term stability. The flat roof design keeps a low profile while ensuring drainage.

This model can be set up as a garden office with an outdoor meeting area, a wellness lounge with a sheltered relaxation area, or a compact rental property. It comes with bi-fold doors and a horizontal window, and a choice of 28mm walls for seasonal use or 44mm walls for better thermal performance and year-round use.
