Warranty Conditions
If you have a problem with a product, contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
Garden Houses: 5-year warranty for wall timber if the timber is treated annually.
Windows and Doors: 2-year warranty.
The warranty is void if one or more parts are damaged due to improper use or incorrect installation, as set out in the General Terms and Conditions. Read them before using the products.
Important Exceptions
The warranty is void if the repair or rebuild is carried out by an unauthorised technician or if non-original parts are used.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or any modifications made by the buyer that may compromise structural safety or result in component damage.
Damage caused by uneven foundation is also not covered by the warranty.

Owner's Liability
The owner of a DSHouse product is responsible for correct installation and proper use. Improper use includes using a building in a way that does not follow the assembly manual, or for purposes it was not designed for.
If the wooden elements outside are not treated for more than 2 years, the warranty is void.
The supplier or seller is not liable for any physical injury or material loss under any circumstances.
