Size and Frame
The length of this carport is 5.95 metres, and the width is 5.18 metres. It is supported by six sturdy poles (120 mm square), forming two distinct compartments to accommodate different needs. The solid timber frame ensures long-lasting stability, while the decorative brackets add durability and character.
Flat Roof
The flat roof creates a 33 square metre carport area with a modern profile. Its minimal pitch ensures efficient rainwater drainage while maintaining an elegant appearance, ideal for modern properties or sites with height restrictions. Reinforced timber beams in two sizes (44 mm × 145 mm and 44 mm × 195 mm) can withstand the considerable 5 metre width, distributing the load evenly throughout the structure. The tongue and groove boards (18 mm × 88 mm) form a weather-resistant surface. Sturdy edge boards (28 mm) reinforce the perimeter and improve wind resistance.
Precision Manufacturing
The frame structure is made of 44 mm-thick Nordic spruce poles. This type of wood is valued for its dense grain structure, stability and natural ability to resist moisture. The timber is precision sawn using computerised machinery, which means that every part fits together perfectly during assembly.
Delivery and Assembly
The complete flat-pack kit is supplied in weatherproof packaging with clearly labelled parts and illustrated instructions. Standard household tools are required for assembly. The carport should be secured to a concrete foundation.
