The solid timber frame ensures long-lasting stability and structural integrity. Wooden brackets on each pole provide additional durability and visual appeal.
Flat Roof
The flat roof creates a 27 square metre carport area with a sleek, modern look. Its minimal, invisible slope ensures efficient rainwater drainage, making it ideal for modern properties or sites with height restrictions. Sturdy wooden beams (44 mm × 145 mm) form the roof frame structure, distributing the load evenly throughout the structure. Tongue and groove timber boards (18 mm × 88 mm) form a stable, weatherproof roof surface. Reinforced edge boards (28 mm) strengthen the perimeter and improve durability against wind.
Manufacturing
The carport is made of thick Nordic spruce timber. This type of wood is valued for its dense grain structure, stability, and natural resistance to moisture. The timber is precision sawn using computerised machinery, which means that every part fits together perfectly during assembly.
Delivery and Assembly
The carport is delivered as a complete kit, packed in a watertight container. It can be stored outdoors until installation. Each part is clearly labelled, and detailed, illustrated instructions are included in the kit, making assembly easy with common household tools. For stability and longevity, the structure must be fixed to a concrete base.
