Size and Frame
This spacious carport measures 7.18 metres long by 3.18 metres wide and is supported by eight sturdy wooden poles (120 mm square), providing enough space to park one standard vehicle or several motorcycles and bicycles. The wooden frame structure ensures structural stability and durability for many years. Each post has wooden brackets for extra durability and support.
Apex Roof
The 15 degree angle creates a classic roof shape that effectively sheds rain and snow, ideal for properties with traditional architecture or areas with higher rainfall. The roof frame uses thick timber beams (44 mm × 145 mm) to evenly distribute the weight throughout the structure. Interlocking timber boards (18 mm × 88 mm) form a stable, weather-resistant roof surface.
Manufacturing
The carport is made of thick Nordic spruce timber. This type of wood is valued for its dense grain structure, stability, and natural resistance to moisture. The timber is precision sawn using computerised machinery, which means that every part fits together perfectly during assembly.
Delivery and Assembly
The carport is delivered as a flat-pack kit, packed in a watertight container. It can be stored outdoors until installation. Each part is clearly labelled, and detailed, illustrated instructions are included in the kit, so assembly is easy using common household tools. For stability and longevity, the structure must be fixed to a concrete base.
