The house is made from Durable spruce timber. Nordic spruce has a fine grain structure and small branches, which ensure structural stability and longevity. 18 mm wall thickness combined with a frame structure provides an optimal balance between lightness and durability.
Aesthetic cladding
One of the main visual advantages of this model is vertical wall cladding. The “channelsiding” profile ensures not only efficient water drainage, but also concealed fixings – the boards are joined in such a way that the screws are not visible, creating a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface.
