Scale and Layout
The house Powerful is suitable for those who need several separate rooms and a suitable living area. The entrance corridor leads to a large central room, which becomes the main living area. From here, four smaller rooms can be easily accessed. This layout allows the building to be used as a residential home, guest accommodation, office, or hospitality space.
Construction and Glazing
The 68mm Nordic spruce walls provide a strong structure and are suitable for year-round use (with additional insulation and heating as needed). Eleven premium double-glazed windows on all elevations bring daylight into every room. Seven doors allow flexible planning of entrances and ease of movement through the rooms. The apex roof creates a pleasant ceiling height and gives the building a residential silhouette.
