The SFW-5 window has a 45mm solid spruce frame profile, which ensures structural rigidity and high dimensional stability. The natural properties of spruce make it well suited for outdoor wooden structures, as it is resistant to warping and retains its appearance over time.
Double-glazed ESG (enhanced safety glass) with silicone sealant provides reliable thermal performance and weather resistance. This glazing helps to reduce heat loss and condensation, improving room comfort.
Rubber seals embedded in the spruce's wood envelope create a durable, weatherproof connection around the entire perimeter. This reduces air permeability and moisture ingress, extending the life of both the window and the surrounding timber structure.
As a fixed window, SFW-5 has no moving parts and no complex hardware, so it requires less maintenance. This solution is suitable for locations where daylight and appearance are key, but ventilation is provided in a different way.
