Spruce Wooden Doors With Double Glazing

SD-3 is a precision-made outward opening single-leaf wooden door for garden buildings. The frame measures 886 x 2053 mm, and the opening is 706 x 1884 mm.

Deformation Prevented

The doors are made from 45mm spruce profiles. For parts longer than 160cm, glued spruce is used to reduce warping over time and maintain a stable shape while preserving the look of solid wood.

Weather-Resistant

For all-weather use, the door features 4+6+4 ESG double glazing, silicone sealing, rubber draught seals, and aluminium threshold strip for extra weather protection at the base. Fully adjustable hinges ensure precise adjustment over time.

All door parts with a length exceeding 160 cm are made from glued spruce, which is resistant to warping under changing conditions of humidity and temperature. This ensures that the door will maintain its appearance for years.

SD-3 is fitted with 4+6+4 ESG double glazing, hermetically sealed with a silicone sealing system. This glazing configuration improves thermal performance and reduces condensation.

Protection From Elements

Rubber draught excluders attached to the door frame effectively block wind and water ingress, while the spruce casing with rubber seals reinforces the perimeter sealing. An aluminium threshold strip protects the frame from wear and moisture at the critical floor joint.

Adjustable Hinges With Decorative Finish

The door hinges allow full three-dimensional adjustment using a standard key, even after assembly. They have decorative black covers for a clean, finished look.
